While EXIST continues to make every effort to ensure that the photographs displayed on the EXIST Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, variations may occur due to the technical and color resolution characteristics of your computer. EXIST shall not be liable for the eventual inadequacy of the graphic representations of EXIST products displayed on the EXIST Site owing to the above mentioned technical issues.

EXIST will ensure proper care and maintenance of the EXIST Site. However, EXIST gives no guarantee that the EXIST Site will be accessible at all times.
