Our Return and Exchange Policy
If you don't like an article we'll be glad to replace it for you. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may visit any of our Shops of EXIST and replace any unused products, subject to the immediate availability or a reasonable interval for its arrangements. Please make sure that the barcode is intact with the product.
Any accessories and or discounted items will not be exchanged or returned.
If our packages are returned to us as undeliverable we will attempt to re-ship orders. Please make sure your given address is updated, correct and verified before submission of your orders.

Cancellation of Orders
Exist Stores reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following situations: items being out of stock, pricing errors, credit card being declined and when customers do not pickup / reply to confirmation calls from our call centre staff.
